Can i sell my textuo? (Licensing explained)
Preview (free) and HD textuos have a NonCommercial License and cannot be sold.
textuo Preview is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
PRO textuos have can be sold, but only if you are the copyright owner of the image and text submitted or have written consent to use both the image and the text.

What does perfectly-fitted words mean exactly?
Preview and HD textuos have around 1000 words, this means that if you only submit 500 words your text will be duplicated, and if you submit 2000 words, only half of your text will show up.
In some cases you might want your textuo to display exactly the text you submited, no more no less, textuo PRO can do this.
Additionally most people enjoy reading their names in a single line, and hate it when their name begins in one line and ends in the next, therefore when using textuo PRO you may choose to use asterisks (*) to indicate where line breaks may happen, this way names won’t be cut (Unless they are exceedingly long).
How long do i have to wait to get my HD or PRo textuo after purchase?
You’ll receive a download link four your HD textuo after your purchase has been processed, usually a couple of hours.
After buying a Pro textuo you’ll receive a preview link where you may tweak every detail, once you are happy with the preview, submit it and you’ll receive the download link in two business days or less.

All of our products are provided as downloadable content and therefore all transactions are final and non-refundable.
I’ve purchased a textuo HD, can I swap it for a textuo PRO?
All of our products are provided as downloadable content and therefore all transactions are final and non-refundable. That being said, for as long as all you want is your textuo with the higher 5,000 pixels wide resolution and no other modifications we can send you a Paypal payment link for the difference in price and after your purchase you’ll receive your textuo PRO download link.

I didn’t receive the download link, can you resend it?
The e-mails are sent automatically and we have never experienced a case, in which a message wasn’t sent because of some system error. That being said, every once in a while they can get “lost” along the way, so please check if your mailbox doesn’t block or treat our messages as SPAM. Add our domain (www.textuo.com) to your white list.

Can i get a free textuo HD?
You might get lucky… Just share your preview textuo in every social network using #textuo every now and then we choose the most original artwork to feature it on our website and post the HD textuo on our social networks. 😀
